Windrush Craft
Come along for a special Windrush-themed craft session where children will create their own ship using coloured card, paper, and other fun materials. This hands-on activity is a creative way to explore and reflect on the Windrush story and its importance in British history.
Suitable for ages 5 and over. Children must be accompanied and supported by an adult. Free for all
Unheard Stories Exhibition - Windrush Celebration
As part of the events to celebrate Windrush, Leytonstone library will have an exhibition of Unheard Stories - Brief Life Stories of Black Elders. This is a free event and all are welcome!
Windrush Ballet Performance
A performance of Island Movements by the Black British Ballet via Oxygen Arts in celebration of Black History Month. The show is free to attend and suitable for all audiences aged 7 and over.
