The 8th edition of the Slow Film Festival will take place over the weekend of 20th - 21st September, 2025 at Good Shepherd Studios, Leytonstone, East London.
Tickets are on sale now and there will be the option of booking to view many of the films on the online showcase for those not able to attend in person.
Come along for a weekend of screenings, talks and discussion on the art of slow cinema and the creative potential of slowing down. The program of films ranges from new short and mid length films, artist in focus sessions and screenings of rarely seen films from slow cinema's history.
This year, filmmaking legend John Smith will be joining on both days and will be this year’s Artist in Focus.
