Join Jessica Green for Slow Flow Yoga, a gentle practice that combines asana, somatic movement, meditation, and rest, making it suitable for all levels, ages, and bodies. Come and experience a nurturing environment where everyone can benefit from mindful movement.

Each session consists of approximately 30 minutes of movement, allowing you to connect with your body, followed by 15 minutes of meditation to center your mind.

Conclude with 15 minutes of unwinding and rest, providing a harmonious balance of activity and relaxation. Mats provided. Come as you are and find your flow.
